Yoga & Gongs,What to expect.


Move, stretch and lie back to the healing sounds of the gong to release tension and blocks in the body and quieten the mind.

Everyone has a vibration that is a signature of their health and wellbeing these sounds and vibrations can be used to re-tune us to a healthy state. The sound of the gongs and bowls are calming, and one of many methods used for relaxation and meditation with the sounds inducing a sense of peacefulness and wherever there is a sound, there is a vibration. When we use sound coupled with intention, we can direct sound vibration to raise the body’s vibrational frequency.

Combining different techniques including gentle movement, pranayama, moving meditation, concentration and mindfulness to bring back a sense of peace to Mind and Body.

I will also use the healing sounds of the Gong and Sing bowls to help tune out of the everyday sounds and inducing a sense of peacefulness and a place of deep relaxation.
